Even before booking an appointment, Anika was incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring. She answered all of my questions promptly and openly, which immediately put me at ease. She was also very flexible with appointment availability, and it was a huge help that she comes to your home.

On the day of the appointment, I was feeling quite anxious, knowing it could be tricky getting a 10-month-old to cooperate with the procedure. However, Anika put me at ease straight away. She even reassured me that if my daughter became too distressed, we could stop and try again another day.

Following a thorough assessment, the procedure itself was completed very quickly and successfully — I had been worrying for nothing. Anika stayed for a good while afterwards, never making us feel rushed, and she was so easy to talk to throughout.

Just want to let you know my daughter is doing a lot better since the tongue tie division, the incision site is healing as expected, she feeds better, sleeps better and her tongue range of movement has improved alot.
