Whether you need clinical reassurance, practical feeding support, or a professional "second pair of eyes" on your recovery, this single session consultation provides the time and expertise you deserve, without the rush of a clinical setting.

This 1.5 to 2-hour visit is designed to be entirely bespoke, focusing on the specific needs of you and your baby on that day.

Your Bespoke Session Can Include:

• Maternal Recovery & Wellness: A full clinical health check, including observation and a review of cesarean wounds or perineal healing (episiotomy/tear check), ensuring your recovery is on track.

• Newborn Health & Observations: A complete physical check of your baby, including weight monitoring and clinical observations for your peace of mind.

• Specialist Clinical Screening: Delivery of the Newborn Bloodspot Test (Day 5) or the Newborn Infant Physical Examination (NIPE) in the first 72 hours of life, performed with a gentle approach.

• Feeding Support: Dedicated time to troubleshoot breastfeeding or formula feeding challenges, focusing on comfort, positioning, and baby’s intake.

• Practical Guidance: Space to ask the "small" questions that feel big, from safe sleep to newborn cord care.
