Breastfeeding Support Bundle 1

Bespoke package of three breastfeeding support visits in the comfort of your home. Every appointment is designed to help you feel confident and supported. All appointments last between 1.5 - 2 hours.  

Breastfeeding is a deeply personal and often transformative journey. Whether you are breastfeeding for the first time or have previous experience, every baby and every journey is unique. The Breastfeeding Support Package is designed to provide you with expert guidance, practical advice, and emotional support, ensuring you feel empowered, confident, and nurtured throughout the process.

I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. The package includes:

• One-to-One Breastfeeding Guidance: I will support you in establishing breastfeeding, including proper positioning, latch techniques, and overcoming common challenges such as sore nipples or engorgement.

• Ongoing Support: Access to unlimited text and email support to address any questions or concerns. You are never alone on this journey.

• Milk Supply Support: Guidance on boosting and maintaining a healthy milk supply, as well as advice on pumping and storing milk if needed.

• Baby weighing: I can help you monitor your baby’s weight or help you get your baby’s back on track.

• Emotional Wellbeing: I understand that breastfeeding can bring up a range of emotions. Whether it’s the joy of bonding or feelings of frustration, I’ll provide a safe space for you to express and navigate your feelings.

• Breastfeeding challenges: Help with latch issues, and milk transfer, with referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Nurturing Your Confidence: Through gentle encouragement, I’ll empower you to trust your body and instincts, helping you feel confident and supported in your breastfeeding relationship with your baby.

Breastfeeding is not just about nourishing your baby, it’s about building a connection. We’re here to guide you through the physical and emotional aspects of the breastfeeding journey, ensuring it remains a positive and fulfilling experience.

The Breastfeeding Support Package is available as a standalone service add-on following tongue tie division. Breastfeeding support is already included in the postnatal care packages for continuous support. This package does not include tongue tie assessment or division, but if you book a breastfeeding package I may be able to offer a discount on tongue tie assessment and division.
